Please join us for a presentation on the topic of "Seven Common Misconceptions about Atheism" by Dr Keith Parsons, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. (Dr. Parsons also did a well-received presentation for us last June.)

Critics of atheism have seldom treated it with anything approaching Christian charity--or even good manners. Probably no other doctrine has been so maliciously maligned. In this talk Dr. Parsons will consider and rebut seven of the most common charges against atheism and expose the prejudices lying behind them.
